Eagle Air is able to provide CAD drafting facilities and are affiliated with a wholesale duct and grille supplier as well as a sheet metal manufacturing factory so we can source every required material and sub-structure the job requires.
Eagle Air also complies with all WHSE regulations and carries extensive insurance protection with Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Worker’s Compensation Insurance.

Grindley Constructions
Shellharbour Hospital Renal unit – The Mechanical services consist of a number of air cooled packaged and split air conditioning units serving zones with different requirements. Mechanical ventilation was also provided to various wet areas utilising roof mounted exhaust fans.
Sailors Bay Gardens
Design, Supply and installation of a Daikin VRV 3 pipe heat recovery system and various ventilation systems throughout this new state of the art 140 bed aged care facility.
Ponds Community Hub
The Mechanical services consist of air cooled packaged units with economy cycle operation and Split Air Conditioning units. Modification of existing air cooled packaged unit supplemented by an Air Change roof mounted energy recovery ventilator to suit economy cycle operation. Mechanical exhaust system to kitchens and toilets comprising roof mounted exhaust fans. BMS controls for remote operator interface.
Bunnings Warehouse Greenacre
Air Conditioning to office areas consisting of roof mounted Temperzone package units, mechanical exhaust ventilation to staff and public amenities were provided. Split ducted air conditioning was also installed in the warehouse in designated areas to provide spot cooling, big fans for air circulation and gas fired radiant heaters were installed at check out and sales counters. Timber yard was provided with mechanical exhaust ventilation. BMS and controls was provided to designated users for local and remote access.
Cerebral Palsy Alliance
Supply and installation of a Mitsubishi Electric VRF system and various mechanical ventilation systems to the wet areas and workshop.
