Eagle Air is able to provide CAD drafting facilities and are affiliated with a wholesale duct and grille supplier as well as a sheet metal manufacturing factory so we can source every required material and sub-structure the job requires.
Eagle Air also complies with all WHSE regulations and carries extensive insurance protection with Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Worker’s Compensation Insurance.

Recently Completed
Dural Aged Care
The Nursing Home consisted of 148 bedrooms, common areas, dining areas, a chapel and basement carpark plus a commercial kitchen.
The facility was served using multiple Daikin VRV Heat Recovery Systems. Ventilation to wet areas, general exhaust, exhaust systems to carpark and specialised rooms.
Morling College
Eagle Air Conditioning has carried out the Mechanical, Air Conditioning and associated Electrical and Plumbing works to Morling College, Stage 3B located at 122 Herring Road, Macquarie Park NSW.
The project involved 4 levels of a new commercial office space, basement car-park and rooftop plant area. The works to the area consists of new Seminar rooms, office rooms, amenities, breakout room with kitchen, store, auditorium, multi-purpose space, cafe kitchen, learning hub, printing station, group study room, video conferencing, post grad, student lounge, library, staff, quiet room, closed reserve, journal, and IT office.
Cardinal Freeman Village
The project consisted of Independent Living Apartments, basement carpark, resident communal areas and an indoor hydrotherapy pool.
Daikin Air cooled inverter One-One Reverse Cycle ducted Split air conditioning. Systems have been installed for each of the ILUs in Buildings 2,3,4,5, 6 & 7. Each system consists of an outdoor air cooled condensing unit connected to an indoor ceiling recessed ducted fan coil unit that air conditions the Living Areas and the Bedrooms. The system is complete with refrigerant pipework, ductwork, volume control dampers, motorised Close/Open dampers, flexible connections, grilles, safety tray, filters, flexible ductwork, condensate drain pump to drain waste or to nearest tundish (by Hydraulics trade) and controls.
Toilet/Bathroom/Laundry exhaust systems serves each residential ILU. The system consists of rigid ductwork, an inline axial fan, controls, volume control dampers and a 150mm diameter flexible ductwork connection to the exhaust grille.
Typical Laundries consist of a circular exhaust grille.
Hotel Rockdale
(formerly St George’s Tavern)
This project involved the refurbishment of this historical Art Deco hotel in Sydney’s South. Consisting of a combination of Hitachi VRV systems and Temperzone Roof Top Package systems serving the new gaming room, dining room and main bar areas.
Gallipoli Aged Care – Auburn
Mitsubishi VRF systems have been installed to provide heating during winter and cooling in the summer months. These areas include each living apartment and all common areas. All bathrooms and independent living unit ensuites are provided with mechanical exhaust ventilation. The basement carpark has mechanical ventilation installed. The laundry and commercial kitchen are provided with ventilation in addition to comfort air conditioning. Supplementary ventilation systems have been provided to serve several of the specialised rooms.
Visy – Alexandria
Supply and installation of mechanical ventilation to the new Visy Recycling Centre at Alexandria. Consisting of 3 industrial exhaust systems serving the truck and recycling bay, along with the minor miscellaneous exhaust systems and air conditioning to the comms room.
